Clinics

***For all cross country clinics we require approved body protector vests that meet the current Equestrian Canada Eventing rules, Article D114.2. They must meet or exceed, and be appropriately labelled ASTM approved standard F1937-04 (2017), BETA Level 3 body protector standard or European standard EN 13158-2018.***

The AHTA offers a variety of Eventing Clinics throughout the year geared towards all levels of riders and disciplines.

Clinics are first come, first serve, and to secure a spot payment MUST accompany the fully completed registration form and applicable waivers sent on or after the listed opening date. Clinic forms sent before the opening date will not be accepted. Please ensure the completion of the form with all waivers, membership numbers and information requested are received by the contact person.

***Clinic Cancellation Policy – Refunds will only be given, less a $25 administration fee, if a Doctor’s Note or Veterinary Certificate is provided, or if a replacement rider can be found.***

Anyone is welcome to come and watch AHTA Eventing Clinics Free of Charge! Come and see what it is all about!

E-Transfers no longer require a password and are now automatically accepted. Please include the clinic name & date, and also rider and horse name in the comments. Please send a separate e-transfer for each clinic you are registering for.

***Registration forms will be posted a few days before the listed clinic opening date! Forms sent in before the opening date WILL NOT be accepted.
